The Siloxa-Tek 8500 is a versatile and invisible penetrating water and salt repellent concrete sealer. When used with the Lithi-Tek 4500 densifying primer, it offers increased performance and longevity. It withstands harsh elements, preventing damage from deicing salt, chloride, freeze-thaw cycles, and moisture, while also resisting cracking, pitting, and spalling.

This proprietary silane/siloxane blend provides longer service life and better performance in a safe water-based formula. It dries invisible, preserving the original appearance of the concrete.

To ensure proper application, newly cured concrete should reach 80% of its design strength before applying the sealer. The substrate must be clean and free from contaminants, and surface and air temperatures should be between 40°F and 95°F during application.

For best results, apply two wet-on-wet coats of the sealer with a roller, brush, or low-pressure sprayer. The typical drying time is 4-6 hours, with full water repellency developing within 7 days. Cleanup is easy with hot soapy water.
